Africafans provides its services to you subject to your agreement to be bound by these terms of use, which Africafans may modify at any time (Africafans therefore recommends that you refer to them regularly). Africafans may offer other services for which specific terms of use must be accepted prior to use.

Africafans.co is a website intended for all types of users
Africafans.co pages do not normally contain any information contrary to public order or good morals.
Africafans respects the security and privacy of its users.

It is hereby reminded that in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, known as the Data Protection Act, you have a right to consult, modification and rectification of any personal data brought to the attention of Africafans when using the service.

In the event that you provide false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information, Africafans shall have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse you immediate and future access to all or part of the Service. 
You are aware that all information and data of any kind, whether made available to the public through the Site or partner sites or transmitted privately, are the sole responsibility of the person who posted such content. 
You alone, and not Africafans, are entirely responsible for the content you affichez, e-mail or otherwise transmit.

Due to the volume of information, Africafans can only exercise limited control over the content transmitted via the service. 
Consequently, Africafans does not guarantee the veracity, probity or honesty of this content. 
In any case, Africafans can not be held responsible for the content, error or omission in any content, any damage resulting from the use of any content affiché, transmitted by e-mail or otherwise via the service. 
More generally, Africafans shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

6 - CONTROL BY AFRICAFANS
You acknowledge that Africafans may view content before and during its broadcast. Africafans reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any content. 
Furthermore, Africafans, shall have the right to delete or remove any Content that violates the terms here of or is otherwise objectionable. 
You acknowledge that Africafans has the right to terminate all or part of the access rights corresponding to your account and password for any reason, including lack of use, or if  Africafans has good reason to believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use. 
You acknowledge that any termination of your access to the service pursuant to the terms here of may be effected without prior notice, and you acknowledge and agree that Africafans shall be entitled to deactivate or delete your account at any time with immediate effect and/or prohibit any further access to the service. 
You further acknowledge that Africafans shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any termination of your access to the service. 
You recognize and accept that if Africafans  protects the contents, eedols can be brought to reveal it to conform to the laws in force or if in good faith, eedols thinks that such a measure is necessary within the framework of a legal procedure, to make respect the conditions of use of the service, to answer complaints arguing the violation of the rights of thirds, to protect the rights or the interests of eedols, its users or the public.

You agree not to use the Service to:

* or acts endangering minors, in particular by the production, transport or distribution of messages of a violent or pornographic nature, or of a nature seriously prejudicial to human dignity;
* attempt to mislead other users by usurping the name or company name of others;
* afficher, transmit by e-mail or in any other way any content violating any patent, trademark, trade secret, intellectual property right or any other property right belonging to another;
* afficher, transmit by e-mail or in any other way any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material (including engaging in "spam", or any other form of solicitation) harass in any way another user or users;
* collect and store personal data about other users;
* intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable national or international law or regulation or any other rule or regulation having the force of law.

8 - PLEASE ALERT US
Africafans makes every effort to ensure compliance with the above principles. In view of the scale of the exchanges carried out on the site, the risk of their
cannot be ruled out. If you witness any breach of the above commitments, please inform Africafans, who will act to protect your anonymity.

9 - SITE BANNING
The Africafans site may at any time suspend an account temporarily or permanently and unilaterally of any member if it does not comply with the general conditions of use or if it compromises the proper functioning of the site, if it disrupts the site by its aggressive behavior towards other users or if it promotes directly or disguised other websites.
